Legal Aid Offices
Our local Salisbury & Moore Construction crews have completed another beautiful office space in downtown Raleigh. This project was a 9,871 square foot tenant upfit of an existing shell space building. Our team transformed the 2nd floor suites to bring new architectural walls, ceiling and finishes. Renovations also included new plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, and sprinkler improvements.
These suites will house the new Legal Aid of North Carolina group, which is a non-profit law firm providing free legal assistance to those who need it most. It has been an honor and a privilege to partner with Dustin Rawlings, the construction manager from Self-Help, and Robert Sotolongo from DTW Architects to help serve our community!
We also want to thank our project manager Josh Newcomb, for all his hard work on this job, along with all the amazing subcontractors and vendors who came together to bring this project to life!
