Hotel Transformation in Savannah’s Historic District

Check out our latest renovation at the SpringHill Suites located in the heart of Savannah’s Historic District! This all-suite hotel now features a refreshed, elevated guest experience which updates to guestrooms and public spaces.

Guestrooms
• New wall and floor finishes
• Updated soft seating and decorative lighting
• Repaired and refinished select casegoods and vanities

Corridors
• New wall and floor finishes
• Enhanced decorative lighting

1st Floor Expansion
• Conversion of a former maintenance area into two additional guestrooms

Public Areas
• Complete renovation of the lobby, dining area, fitness center, and meeting rooms
• New finishes, custom millwork, full FF&E package
• Relocation and full replacement of the front desk
