Meet The Team

Andrew Harvick

Owner and President, Andrew Harvick, has been immersed in the construction industry for the past 15 years, beginning his journey as a superintendent in 2007. He has worked his way up through procurement, estimating, and project management, where he was able to continue his growth as a part of the Salisbury & Moore team. When you add in his extensive background in finance, contract administration, and subcontractor administration, it is clear why 85 percent of Salisbury Moore’s business comes from repeat clients.

Andrew’s working experience across multiple roles allows for him to have a direct hand in each stage of the renovation process. Our clients know that Andrew fully understands all sides of the renovation business, from design to scheduling to the budget. For every project Salisbury Moore has the honor of lending its name to, Andrew’s priority is to deliver a high-quality product on time and within budget.

Mike Brewer
Vice President, Field Operations

Vice President of Field Operations, Mike Brewer, acts as the face of the Salisbury Moore commercial division on a daily basis. As the main point of contact for all on-site job duties and communications, Mike successfully monitors every project at Salisbury Moore from planning to completion. He oversees daily operations on the property level and is responsible for site logistics, daily work supervision, subcontractor coordination, material deliveries, construction material inventory, implementing safety programs, and managing operating equipment.

Because of his own journey through the ranks at Salisbury Moore, Mike is a strong believer in growth from within. He has a deep appreciation for each role within the company and understands the importance of every team member. With Mike’s depth of experience and skill developed at every level of construction work, along with the emphasis he places on quality communication on the job site, clients can be confident that only the most professional practices and protocols are used to ensure every project’s success.
