West Coast Renovation near Universal Studios

Another beautiful west coast project is complete!

Salisbury Moore teams worked hard renovating the guestrooms, corridors and public spaces at the Residence Inn Downtown Burbank location! This property is not only minutes from Walt Disney Studios, but provides unmatched access to Dodger Stadium, the Los Angeles Zoo and several Universal Studio attractions.

Full Project Scope:

• New guestroom finishes included all new paint, vinyl wall covering, carpet, shower surrounds replacements, and FF&E.
• Corridors also received new paint, vinyl wall covering, carpet, and FF&E.
• Public space scope included new finishes in fitness room, guest laundry, lobby, market, buffet and dining areas, meeting rooms, and public restrooms.
• Custom barn doors in dining area.
• Lobby installations included new millwork, mural, reimaged front desk and the stunning new chandelier focal point to the reception area.
• Business lounge was also updates with new millwork diver wall, all new carpet and FF&E.
