Full-Renovation complete at the DoubleTree Skokie

The public space renovations are complete at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Skokie, IL. We started the renovation at the gorgeous property back in 2022 for the first guestroom phase. The final photos from the fully refurbished public space areas in phase two are available on our website portfolio, along with the full project gallery.

This full-scale renovation included:

• 370 Guestrooms
• Full guestroom, guestroom bath and public space renovation
• Tub to shower conversions
• New fire alarm and air pressurization system installation
• Full renovation to all public space meeting rooms, including new lighting layout, ceilings, and wall finishes.
• Installation of new door hardware and digital board signage
• Scope also included the total renovation of the public space restrooms, with new partitions, wall finishes and floor tile.
