NEW COURTYARD EXTERIOR FACE LIFT COMPLETED

Salisbury Moore crews wrapped up the final phase of the Courtyard by Marriott Portland Beaverton location this past week. We want to say thank you to the Marriott property staff, the Johnson Braund architectural and design team, and all the amazing subcontractors that helped make this full exterior renovation possible!

The interior scope of this project was completed back in 2022 with updates to guestrooms, corridors, and public spaces. Salisbury Moore teams were brought back to finish up the exterior remodel and complete the full transformation. Check out the pictures below to see the face lift to the front face of the building, a brand-new porte cochere for the guest entry, new entry ground work and lighting, as well as a full EIFS replacement on the entirety of the building.
