This full-resort renovation touched every major component of the property—guestrooms, public spaces, food & beverage venues, meeting facilities, and exterior amenities—while maintaining operations and prioritizing the guest experience. Project Scope Highlights:

Guestrooms

• Renovation of all 340 keys
• Reconfigured layouts in ADA guestrooms and luxury suites to improve functionality and compliance

Public Spaces & Amenities

• Construction of two new lobby bars
• Renovated restaurant and newly constructed market
• Renovated ballroom and meeting spaces
• Updated public restrooms, fitness center, and spa
• Extensive custom millwork and commercial kitchen equipment packages throughout public areas

Exterior & Resort Amenities

• Filled in the existing adult pool and whirlpool
• Constructed new restrooms, towel service area, and surf shop
• Relocated and rebuilt a new adult pool and whirlpool, including significant underground utility upgrades
• Expanded the existing pool bar, adding a new kitchen and building with additional covered seating
