Another West Coast Renovation is in the Books!

Salisbury Moore crews have wrapped up a full renovation of the Residence Inn San Diego Oceanside, delivering refreshed guestrooms, corridors, and public spaces several weeks ahead of schedule. This fast‑track project showcases the power of teamwork, coordination, and craftsmanship.

The newly updated hotel now features:

• New finishes throughout all areas, including fresh paint, vinyl wallcoverings, carpet & base, and updated FF&E
• Modern window treatments in guestrooms and public spaces
• Upgraded public spaces—lobby/reception, dining/den, fitness center, and laundry room—with new millwork and stone elements, including:

• • Coffee station
  • Buffet countertops with barn‑door system
  • Decorative shelving
  • A striking focal wall at the reception desk
